The Course Difficulty & Playing Score, Green Fee Budget, Golf Trip Cost, Which Tees, Last Safe Tee Time, and Round Time & Pace calculators apply standard formulas and common golf conventions to the numbers you enter; their results are planning aids, not official course ratings, posted handicaps, or confirmed tee-time bookings, and not a promise of any outcome. GolfingValley is not a golf course, a resort, a tour operator, or a handicapping authority. For anything that affects your money or your reservation — green fees, tee-sheet availability, official ratings, and posted handicaps — rely on the course, your resort, or your handicapping body rather than this Service.

What the Service Provides

GolfingValley offers, free of charge:

• A green-fee budget calculator

• A which-tees-to-play recommendation tool

Your Responsibilities

• Enter accurate figures, and check the course rating, slope, fees, dates, and handicap fields before relying on a result
• Take responsibility for the trips you book, and confirm anything material with the course or resort
• Not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others’ rights

Assumption of Risk

Golf trips involve real money for green fees, travel, and lodging, and real time on the course. You use the information on this Service at your own risk and remain solely responsible for deciding whether a given course, budget, or itinerary is right for you. Always confirm figures that matter with the course’s pro shop, your resort, or your handicapping authority over anything here.

No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” While we aim for accuracy, we make no warranties, express or implied, that calculations are error-free or fit for your particular purpose, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GolfingValley and its suppliers will not be liable for any damages — including financial loss, wasted green fees or travel costs, or loss of data — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

Intellectual Property

The site’s original text, design, and calculator code are the property of GolfingValley and protected by copyright. Gallery and Learn material sourced from Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons remains under its original licenses.
